Our Story

All the Possibilities Inc. started with two moms, a cup of coffee and lots of wild ideas.  Our mission is to provide a unique place for homeschoolers to learn better, together.  We are a group of engaging parents and curious children.

Our goal in creating a homeschool cooperative is to give homeschool families the opportunity to have hands-on, project based learning in an environment with peers, while providing social interaction. Learning with others helps with perspective, thought process, brainstorming and crucial teamwork skills.

Who we serve

All the Possibilities Inc. (ATP) serves the homeschool community in rural Central Massachusetts, primarily operating out of Oxford and Charlton.  501(c)3 status allows the non-profit to serve low income and one income families in the area by keeping membership fees to a minimum through fundraising and donations. ATP believes that children of all abilities should have the opportunity to thrive in a cooperative environment and have the opportunity to participate in programming that would otherwise be unavailable to them. Parents and teachers are provided with instruction and support through a collaborative approach meeting children where they are at.

Our Directors

Shannon Murray

Shannon is a mom of two beautiful children, Owen (age 5) and Payton (age 11).  She became a homeschooler in 2020 and never looked back.  Homeschooling has changed her family's life in a strong positive way. The biggest challenge as a new homeschooler for Shannon was finding community and after making connections during her second year ideas of a co-op were forming. Shannon believes providing a hands-on learning environment for children to learn collaboratively in areas that parents can't easily provide is crucial to maintaining homeschooling as children grow.  Shannon provides a strong financial background in accounting, systems and organization for ATP.

Mandee Bush

Mandee is a Mom of a vivacious 9 year old daughter, Reagan.  Mandee began her homeschooling journey when she recognized the traditional school system could not provide all her daughter the unique and rich education she deserved.  Mandee is a strong advocate for neurodivergent children. providing support and solutions to parents in the community. Mandee believes that homeschool students should not miss out on the fun of traditional school, which is what drove her to create an opportunity for these families to learn together while providing environments where all students can thrive.  Mandee's background in marketing, human resources and advocacy provide ATP with strong operational support.
